Welcome to AstroCogniano Culinary Studio. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Account Registration

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Ensure you are at least 16 years of age to create an account

Ordering and Payment

Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse orders. If a product is unavailable, we will notify you and provide alternatives or cancel the item.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars and subject to change without notice. You agree to pay all charges incurred by your account, including applicable taxes. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during checkout.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Order modifications or cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery. Late requests may not be accommodated due to our fresh ingredient preparation process.

Delivery

We deliver within the Greater Toronto Area during specified delivery windows. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate delivery address information
• Ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery
• Properly storing ingredients upon delivery
• Notifying us of any delivery issues within 2 hours of scheduled delivery
• Understanding that we are not liable for spoilage due to improper storage

Returns and Refunds

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are unsatisfied with any item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a refund or replacement.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

• Perishable food items once delivered
• Digital products and cooking class registrations
• Customized or personalized meal kits
• Products damaged due to customer mishandling

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our meal kits, including recipes, photographs, videos, and text, is the property of AstroCogniano Culinary Studio and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our services
• Use our content for commercial purposes without authorization
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate our staff or other users

Cooking Classes and Events

Registration and Attendance

Cooking class registrations are non-transferable without 72 hours notice. Late arrivals may not be admitted to maintain class integrity.

Cancellation Policy

Cooking class cancellations received more than 7 days in advance receive full refunds. Cancellations within 7 days receive credit toward future classes. No refunds for no-shows.

Limitation of Liability

AstroCogniano Culinary Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the products or services in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AstroCogniano Culinary Studio, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
